Electric threading machine

The model 600 threading machine is a machine made to thread tubes and metal solid bars. It is equipped with 2 rotating die heads and a self-centring rotating vice sliding on cylinder guides to coaxially lock and feed the tube in the chuck.

- Three-phase motor 400V / 50Hz 2/4 poles / kW 1,3 4 at rpm. 1450.
- Single phase motor in alternative current 230V / 50Hz kW 1,25 10 on capacitor MF 36 rpm. 1400.
- Incorporated gear pump to lubricate the thread chasers.
- Protection screen with micro-switch.
- Rpm rotating die head for 2' = 29 rpm and for 4' = 9 rpm.
- Rotating die head internal space for 2' = 76 mm and for 4' = 126 mm.
- Vice stroke 150 mm

- 5 liters (Aprox. 1,8 Gal.) can of threading oil.
